Introduction
Under the accreditation and credentialling programme, the Hong Kong Academy of Social Work (the Academy) accredits training courses and programmes offered by agencies or institutes, and credentials social workers meeting the requisite qualifications, experiences and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
Course Accreditation
The course accreditation system gives accreditation to courses offered by agencies and training institutes, which meet the requirements of social work continuing professional development training.
The social worker credentialling system gives credentials to social workers meeting the requisite qualifications, experiences and CPD requirements to recognise their professional achievements.
